How it works
One relationship, one visible training loop
Bandolo follows the work from a coach's private invitation to the client's recorded progress, without opening a public marketplace.

The current workflow
How coach and client work together
- The coach enters Bandolo. An authorised coach signs in through the first-party coach workspace.
- The coach invites the client. A private, expiring invitation establishes who the intended client is.
- The client activates and chooses. The client completes account activation and makes a separate relationship-bound health-processing consent choice.
- The coach assigns a programme. The current programme and workout structure become available to that invited client.
- The client trains offline. Workout sets can be recorded locally when the network is unavailable.
- The record syncs. Queued entries retry when connectivity returns and the coach can see the updated training activity.
- Both sides stay in context. Progress, personal records, messages and coach-created sessions remain connected to the relationship.
- Privacy gates stay in force. Consent withdrawal stops protected training access, while export and account-closure controls retain their own guarded paths.
