Your launch-interest details

Savisense Limited is responsible for the details you provide to request a launch email. Contact privacy@bandolo.co.uk about your details or this notice.

With your permission, we collect your name, email address and optional coach/client choice to email you when testing is complete and Bandolo is ready to launch. We also record when you registered, your request for that email and the notice version. This does not subscribe you to a general newsletter or create an app account.

We use Vercel to host the website and process the form, Supabase to store the private prospect list, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated abuse. The security check processes technical browser and network information. These providers may process information internationally under their applicable data-protection arrangements.

We delete your prospect details after we contact you about launch or six months after submission, whichever comes first. You can withdraw your request or ask to access, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing privacy@bandolo.co.uk. Withdrawing does not affect processing that already took place. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

App privacy and release safeguards

Bandolo is in pre-launch development. Final controller and processor allocation, lawful-basis analysis, DPIA, health-data notice, retention terms and production approval remain pending.

No live client health data is permitted while those safeguards are incomplete.
